N2 Packaging Systems, LLC is looking for a full-time Sales Representative. This position's responsibilities include the following:

· High volume cold calling and client prospecting will be required each day

· Build relationships and generate new business opportunities using appropriate company resources, programs, cold calls, in-person sales pitches, and excellent follow-up techniques to generate interest and close sales.

· Use a variety of methods for strategic follow up and moving leads through your pipeline

· Effectively consult with clients on their business needs and successes, as well as challenges. Recommend specific products that will meet their needs, solve their problems, and create new opportunities for revenue.

· Proactively take responsibility for learning and understanding our products and our patented packaging processes.

· Follow up on all assigned leads in a timely manner

· Meet or exceed sales quotas and goals, as established by the Vice President of Sales.

· Build relationships and generate new business opportunities using appropriate company resources, programs, cold-calling, and excellent follow-up techniques.

· Stay up-to-date on industry and market knowledge

· Proactively conduct account research, account development, and account maintenance to ensure retention and growth of your book of business

· Present weekly reporting of sales calls, revenue generation/conversion success rates vs. target and activities planned and completed. Collaborate with your manager to identify strategies for constant improvement and growth.

· Responsible for growing assigned accounts to the established goals set by the Vice President of Sales.

· Assist in business development and other strategic imperatives required working with the Marketing Team to make preliminary calls to qualify leads. Must achieve objectives for production and profitability on assigned accounts.

· Potential for future growth into a leadership role and overseeing/managing sales representatives.

· Must be self-motivated and responsible to deliver full-time effort and results in a self-directed home environment.

· Some travel may be required for tradeshows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
